Since we gave out brussel sprouts in the CSA share this week I just have to sing their praises. Forget about how ugly and wierd they look. Take them off the stalk, re-cut the bottom, peel off a few layers – then DO NOT OVER COOK THEM. There are some great brussel sprout recipes here. Probably my all-time favorite (also super easy to make) is Brussel Sprouts & Gnocchi with Pesto. YUM!!
