In the pickup for our SE Portland and Lake Oswego/Luscher Farm shareholders this week:

This week we are especially excited about the Pea Shoots! These can be eaten raw in salad, lightly sautéed or try them roasted on pizza.

More dry beans in the share this week! In your box, you will either get Cannelini or Alubia Blanca which are two different varieties white beans. Both are creamy and delicious when cooked and they hold their shape well. They can be used interchangeably, pair well with the greens in your share, and were grown by our friends at White Oak Farm.
