In the pickup for our SE Portland and Lake Oswego/Luscher Farm shareholders this week:

We have a special surprise in the share this week — a bonus box of Umi Organic Noodles with Miso Sesame Sauce. Yum!! Make sure and get them into your fridge and plan to cook them in the next two weeks. We are very excited to partner with Umi because we sincerely believe they are a wonderful foundation for a heap of delicious seasonal vegetables. Combine the noodles with sautéed kale tops & leeks, add thin strips of peeled purple daikon and you have an easy delicious ramen dinner! If you want to get fancy, add crispy fried shallots and radish microgreens on top.
