New Seeders for the Electric Tractor!

This was the first season for our new electric powered Allis Chamers G cultivating tractor and we loved it! Josh Volk build a Lely time weeder for the G this spring and it did an unbelievable job for us. Then, about half way through the season he built another tool bar so we could use it to mark beds too. We’ve also been really lucky to have help from Jim Corliss down in Corvallis – supposedly retired – but in fact working all the time to restore more ACG’s and all their accessories too. He did the electric conversion on our tractor, and has also been invaluable in helping us troubleshoot and find parts. He knew I was interested in seeders for the G and when a retiring onion farmer from Walla Walla sold him several setups he called me. We’re now the proud owners of a 3-row gang of Planet Junior seeders and we’re looking forward to putting it to work this spring!
