Soupe au Pistou

I made this Soupe au Pistou recipe yesterday and EVERYTHING (almost) was from the CSA! I used carrots, onions (two kinds), beans (two kinds), garlic, basil, potatoes, and fennel. I added fennel and skipped winter squash and macaroni.  Ok, the pine nuts and olive oil and salt and pepper and cheese didn’t come from the CSA.  This hot veg soup tasted great on a hot summer day!
