In our first (25th-Anniversary!) Summer CSA share this week

Hard to believe it was a quarter century ago when I planted the first seeds for the CSA. Many things have changed since then, but important the things remain the same – I’m still so grateful to be growing great food for my friends & neighbors.

If you’re one of them, so glad you could join us this summer (and by the way, there’s still time to sign up)! It is shaping up to be a great season – we’ve spent the spring filling the greenhouse, finished several rounds of transplanting and now our farm fields are full of beautiful, bountiful veggies. Can’t wait to harvest all that deliciousness and share it with you!

A few highlights from the CSA box this week…

  • Fresh crunchy Red Cheriette Radish are perfect this time of year. Try this Radish, Bean & Seed Salad with your red radish, microgreens & green garlic.
  • Joi Choi would be delicious in Spicy Stir-fried Noodles.
  • Bouquet of Parsley includes the leaves, stems & chartreuse flower buds. Flavor is slightly stronger than regular parsley and really good in this Chimichurri with radish greens.
INCLUDED IN THIS WEEK’S SHARE:
