The sunshine this week has been amazing and so helpful as we finish up some of the winter root crop harvests including Black Spanish Radish, Purple Bravo Daikon and – everyone’s favorite – Giant Winter Kohlrabi : ) Definitely check out the Cook With What You Have website for over 2 dozen ways to enjoy the sweet, crunchy & delicious kohlrabi!

Here are the actual dates… 11/28, 12/12, 1/9, 1/23, 2/6, 2/20, 3/5, 3/19, 4/2, & 4/16.
